    Oh good heavens, so thursday I ate next to nothing, Friday.....too much, saturday, all over the place! Tomorrow is Easter sunday, chocolate everywhere I look and DELICIOUS dinner, we won't mention the Lemon meringue pies in the fridge.
    All is not lost, slimfast stocked up, monday.....off we go again! I haven't given up.
    The plus side is, we are having a really good time, fun and sunshine and life is pretty good. Why spoil it by giving up on a good thing???

    Darn Carbs!

    The crab cravings are terrible, Kim I bet you're right in that when I cave, it makes it worse!

    Had to skip breakfast ( which is a killer for me) as I had fasting blood tests.

    Turkey and salad sub.

    Green Thai curry, rice. Smoothie jello.

    Snuck 2 wholemeal rolls in between lunch and dinner, they've all gone now though and I WON'T be buying more!

    DELICIOUS chicken and sweet onion sub from Subways 8g fat range. OMGosh this was SO good!

    Spaghetti, meatballs, wholemeal roll.

    This is one of those evenings that would easily see me graze all night, I will have some cereal later and hope that kicks the rumblings into touch.

    Slimfast ( hooray!)

    Roast chicken, 2 potatoes, swede/ carrot mash. Brussel sprouts, gravy.

    Ryvita and marmite.
