    Thursday again.

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Banana.
    LUNCH. Peanut better ( reduced fat) sandwich.
    DINNER. Chick pea burgers ( which are really delicious!) baked fries. Baked beans ( yes, bad side effects)

    Snack. Special K cereal. Mixed seeds and nuts ( 70 cal snack pack)
