    I did it..sort of.

    I went walking with Sophie, not far, but fast and with purpose and it is a beginning!

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Grapes.
    LUNCH. Veggie soup. ( tried making them with yellow split peas and some black eyed peas, pretty good) 10 Cal jelly.
    DINNER. Pasta bolognese.

    SNACK. Special K bliss cereal.
