Back in the saddle again.
I'm back, boring or not I have to write what I am eating or it all goes to pot.
BREAKFAST. Slimfast.
LUNCH. Vegetable soup, crackerbreads and low fat cream cheese with turkey.
DINNER. Half fat sausages, cauliflower cheese ( made with skimmed milk and half fat strong cheddar)
Snacks, Special K cereal. Grapes. Satsuma.
It feels SO good to be back on track.
