So, here I am back after way too long.
HOw marvellous that despite being a total ninny with regards food I have gained only 3-4lbs back.
I got bored, sooooooooo bored. Bad mistake.
So...what to do? Start again and do it differently. How then?
This is the new plan. Enough obsessing about whether something is fattening, usually if it is not good for you, its fattening.
So, I am only eating what is good for me. If I want to eat something I will ask myself what it will do for me, how it will help me, how I will feel. IF the answer is nothing, it won't get eaten.
I bought a great magazine, " you are what you eat" It is inspirational, it is helpful and it made me want to get up and change everything.
I feel ready to start again and finish what I started back in february.
Just one day of eating for me, for good moods, for energy and for positive self esteem I am already feeling the benefits.
Stick with me and Julie bo as we kick the pig and bite the bullet........we need all the hel we can get!!

Ham pitta bread, low fat raspberry bake.
Delicious dinner......
Turkey rashers browned with onion and garlic, add canned tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, courgettes, carrot sticks ( zuccini) black pepper, onion powder, basil. Cok just long enough to soften vegetables but kee some crunch. Serve with pasta and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
I bought some fruit juice that has added protein, gorgeous, mango and orange today.
I am going to eat colours, green, orange, yellow, red. The only brown thing I will eat shall be pasta and rice, chocolate be gone!!
Oh, exercise, how about weight lifting? No need for expensive gym equipment...use whatever you have around the house....most of us have a couple of these around....
If not, borrow someone else's....
The stripey shirted boy belongs to Jordans friend, he is heavier than the ones we have here so he got those muscles really working!!
Who thought exercising could be such fun, even the weights seem to enjoy it!
