Hooray, day 2 pretty good.
Great day, weighed in at the doctors, 2lbs up, so now weigh ( ack can't beieve I am going to tell the internet world) 220lbs that's 15 st 10 lbs. that's heavy. Not for long though.
Oatmeal, skimmed milk and sweetener.
Baked potato cottage cheese, pineapple and salad and it was so good I took a picture, which I downloaded and can't find!!
Chicken, carrots, peas and white rice.
