Beginning again
I suppose that although to start again it means I gave up the time before, beginning again is better than not. Is it?
SO here we are again, with as much ( in fact more ) weight to lose in order to feel and look better. Health is an issue and so I hope that will be an added fact to keeping me at it.
BREAKFAST. Slimfast, banana
LUNCH. Pitta bread, wafer thin ham and tomatoes.
DINNER. Spaghetti, prawns cooked with seeded tomatoes, red peppers, spring onions, garlic and chilis.
Snack, fruit, slice whoemeal bread and vegemite.

And yes, it's better to start again than not at all. ;) But you already knew that.
