    another day down!

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Satsuma.
    LUNCH. 2 slices toast, baked beans ( that's what happens when you are rushing about and it gets to 3pm, eat what's quick!)
    DINNER. Prawns, salad, 10 cal jelly.

    Snacks. Oatmeal, 1% milk.
