    School days.

    I love mondays!

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast.. Grapes.
    LUNCH. 2 slices wholemeal toast. Baked beans.
    DINNER. Chicken curry and white rice. ( made the curry using tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic and curry paste.) Darn it if a popodum didn't fall in my mouth while I wasn't looking!

    Snacks. Shredded wheat and skimmed milk.
