    What happened to saturday?

    I guess I missed yesterday!

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Banana.
    LUNCH. Veggie soup, crackers and ham.
    DINNER. Spaghetti, sauce made with soya meat substitute.

    Snack. Ready brek.

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Satsuma.
    LUNCH. Half ham sandwich. 1/2 pack ready salted crisps. ( yum!)
    DINNER. Pork, parsnip, potato and butternut squash fries.

    Snacks. 4 'heroes' chocolates. Readybrek.
