    another day done!

    BREAKFAST. Slimfast. Apple.
    LUNCH. Veggie soup, cracker breads.
    DINNER. Vegetable lasagne ...I used Quorn which turned out really well, very tasty and super filling. ( I do cheat and use some beef stock cubes though!) Salad.

    Snack. 65 cal pack milky way stars. Oatmeal.
