Great day, getting easier.
Slimfast ( this really seems to be the key to being able to stick with it all day, for me this is the ONLY way to start the day and be successful)
Prawns, tomatoes, 1 slice bread and butter. ( make own sauce, low fat mayo, ketchup, lemon juice and splash worcester sauce)
Chicken curry and rice.
Low fat yoghurt. Jelly made with pureed fruit/smoothie. DELICIOUS! make sugar free jelly with smoothies, really REALLY tasty. Dissolve jelly crystals in 1/4 pint boiling water, make up to 1 pint with smoothie, set in fridge.
Really trying to remember to drink more water.
NOt quite making set exercise a daily thing yet but am walking more, leaving the car at home, walking into town. Parking away from school and walking to get the boys ( will leave the car at home when it isn't RAINING!)

Way to go Helen, you should be so proud of yourself for blogging again, the successes you and Julie enjoyed last year inspired me to start losing, and they inspired me to keep at it through the winter. It's been slow 3-5 pounds a month, sometimes no pounds, but it's moving slowly, and I think it's better that way.
