Every weekend I pick up 2 ready cooked chickens, it sees us through the weekend with sandwiches and main meals, today I made a mushroom and garlic sauce, ( campbells fat free soup, does just what it says on the tin, great sauces by adding whatever you fancy) threw some peas in, some lemon pepper and some of the chicken, served with rice. DELICIOUS!
dinner was good old ryvita and marmite.
I am trying to remember to drink more water....wash the fat away!!
